Problem with your order? If you received a damaged, defective or wrong product, please contact us below or at support@HUMINaturals.com.
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?
Unused products purchased from our store can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us and we will provide you with the shipping address to send your product to. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless it was our mistake.
EXCLUSIONS:
Free products are non-refundable as there is no cost charged to the customer.
Original shipping & handling cost: are non-refundable unless we sent you the wrong product.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Returns within 14 days of product receipt will be refunded to the original form of payment.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE REFUNDED?
We take responsibility for: - full refund or replace the product.
- Customer package lost in transit
- Product received in unusable or broken condition (please send us a picture of product)
- Wrong product received – (please send us a picture of product) keep product you have and we’ll send you another one.
NO Refund on Shipping & handling and product if:
- Customer enters in the wrong address
- Customer orders wrong product (can send it back & exchange it and order another one)
- Customer changes their mind.
- Product breaks while using it. Customer is responsible for how they use the product.
